This class is for those who want more of a challenge. The emphasis will be on building strength and increasing flexibility with more advanced postures and arm balances. Prior yoga experience required.
A more meditative practice with a deeper focus on feeling and sensing. Postures are held for several minutes with suitable props that allow surrender into and relaxation of the deeper structures of connective tissue and joints.
