My goal as a yoga teacher is to hold a safe space of possibility and acceptance, allowing you to delve deeply into your own healing experience through breath and movement. You will be challenged both physically and mentally.
Classes are organic. I teach to the students in the room and the energy created by the group coming together. Class might focus on a particular joint and area of the body or it may be a more energetic with Sun Salutations and lots of standing poses. Occasionally class consists of slower movements with emphasis on heightened awareness.
When I am at my best, meaning fully present in my body, I allow divine to move through me as I spontaneously lead the class. I encourage you to be fully present also.
Laughter and breath awareness with movement is at the core of each class.
Yoga mats and props are available for your use.
